Knitting with the Monsters...

My life with two toddlers and two cats, all of whom are out to drive me nuts and destroy my knitting!

Ugh. I have a sinus infection with a lovely sinus headache. and ANOTHER blocked duct on the same poor boobie. Poor boobie. Ouch. And I've got spots (zits) on my face. Oh joy. I am having a bad time of it lately.

On the knitting front...

I managed 5 rows on my socks.

At this rate they'll be done sometime in December.

night:)

Yuky sinus infections are the worst and blocked ducts as well - poor you. Take care of yourself and keep up the good work with that sock - you'll get through it - perhaps you could earmark someone to give them to - then you might enjoy the process a bit more.

thanks becky. M and Maddie have left for the inlaws today whilst Jamie and I relax... more time for the sock! And I figure I'll give them to my MIL as she gave me the wool. She said how much she loved the colors. Actually what she said was if I didn't like the wool then give it back and she'd make a pair for herself. I figure I need the experience more than she does!

Hope you feel better soon. And if the socks aren't ready until December, well, at least it's the right time of year! I response to the hay fever comment, my eyes are driving me crazy. My sister and I have been really whingeing about it this morning.....But luckily it only affects my eyes. Could be worse. Could have spots, sinus infection and sore boobs. And a scary m.i.l. Yikes.

Hey Kate!!! How did I not realise that you have a blog! I can't read everything now - need to go and shout at some students ;-) - but I promise I'll have a good browse later...

Hi there sissy,
You were doing so well with the boob problem. Hope it clears up soon. I tried to post pictures of my pages and they all came out really huge and I don't know how to attach them within the blog and they be normal size. Let me know if you have any advice.
Love you lots,
